Bluestone Acres Farm LLC raises Berkshire Hogs. Berkshire meat is a delicacy meat that has higher quality and greater marbling compared to other breeds of pigs. We have a limited number of piglets that we sell each year. We are currently SOLD OUT for 2023 piglets and taking reservations for 2024 piglets. Get on the reservation list for 2024 now! Pork
In addition to selling Berkshire Piglets we also sell processed Berkshire pork. All of our pork is processed in a USDA inspected facility and shrink wrapped to ensure freshness. We offer a variety of cuts as well as half and whole hogs. We are currently only selling pork for pick-up at our farm.
Half hogs are roughly 100 lbs and consist of:
- 1 Ham, 20lbs, Smoked or Fresh
- 8-10 lbs of bacon, Smoked or Fresh, sealed in 1 lbs packages
- 8lbs of Sausage, Bulk or Links, Breakfast, Sweet, or Hot
- 1 Pork Loin
- 16 Pork Chops, 4 sealed in each package
- 1 rack of spareribs
- 2 Hocks, Smoked or Fresh, or ground into sausage
